Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Donna (the website at trydonna.net, the apps that talk to it, and any related services). Using Donna means you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Donna.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Donna. By creating an account you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are who you say you are.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Don't share your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us right away. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or behave in ways that hurt other users (spam, harassment, fraud).
3. Your content
You own what you upload — your resume, your GitHub data, the things you tell Donna in conversations. By using Donna, you give us permission to:
- Process your content with AI models (Google Gemini, Cloudflare Workers AI, others) to build your profile and run agent conversations.
- Show your profile and conversation transcripts to hiring managers when you match with their open roles.
- Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our matching pipeline and product quality.
We don't sell your data. We don't train third-party models on it. You can delete your account and we'll remove your data per our Privacy Policy.
4. Donna Pro
Donna Pro is a paid subscription, currently $9.99/month (or ₹400/month in India). It unlocks rejection feedback, candidate comparisons, and a daily activity digest. Billing is monthly through Dodo Payments. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Refunds aren't standard but we'll consider them on a case-by-case basis if something is genuinely broken on our end.
5. AI outputs
Donna's agents are useful but not perfect. The recommendation scores, conversation transcripts, and feedback they generate are outputs of probabilistic models. We do not guarantee that every match will be a fit, that every rejection feedback is the complete picture, or that every transcript is free of misinterpretation. Use Donna's outputs as input for your own judgment, not as a final word.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, experience, or credentials.
- Use Donna to spam, harass, defraud, or scrape other users.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract training data from our models or pipeline.
- Use automated tools to interact with Donna outside the channels we provide (Telegram, WhatsApp, web).
- Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
7. Recruiters and hiring managers
If you use Donna to hire, you must comply with applicable hiring laws (anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, data protection) in every jurisdiction where you operate. Donna's matching outputs are tools, not a substitute for your own due diligence on candidates.
8. Termination
You can delete your account any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, for long periods of inactivity, or because we're shutting down the service. If we terminate your account, we'll tell you why where we can.
9. Liability
Donna is provided "as is." We don't promise the service will always be available, error-free, or that the matches we surface will lead to a job. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to Donna is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months (which is zero for free users). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India, unless local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Donna after the update means you accept the new terms.
